It's simple - First, head to our contact us page, and let us know you're interested in planning a trip. We will email you back with a questionnaire to get a better feel for your needs. Once you've decided you are ready to book a vacation, your payment will be due.

From there, we start the planning process & ETee's shares everything with you through Google Docs and email. We will begin with accommodations, and then branch out into details such as flights, rental cars, etc.

Then the fun really begins as we work together finding fun activities, restaurants, excursions, and must-do's for you and your party. ETee's will get these all booked for you and be sure they are fully updated on your itinerary along with notes, tips, reminders, and maps!

Yes OR no! You can be involved as little or as much as you'd like. Typically, we will go through what your goals are for the trip, as well as your budget, and the itinerary process will begin. ETee's will typically start with hotels/accomodations, and will pull a few options we think would be the best fit for you. We share them via Google Docs, and can communicate back and forth via email, text, or phone. When it comes to excursions/activities, you can provide any must-do's so we can get those booked and on your itinerary. ETee’s will also suggest any other activities or restaurants we think you may be interested in. Be sure to check out our sample itineraries!

For hotel-only reservations, bookings can be made in just minutes.

Our custom trips / itineraries will take up to a few weeks to fully be put together and delivered. This really depends on your time frame and how intricate you'd like the trip to be.

If your trip is coming up quickly - we can and will certainly do our best to prioritize your trip and get everything ready for you. We do our best to always work at your speed, whether that be fast-paced or relaxed.

When booking a full vacation with ETee’s, you will get all reservation and travel confirmations booked & given to you, along with an itinerary of your trip.

The itinerary will include: full schedule, confirmation numbers, general maps/directions, phone numbers, addresses, and any important reminders.

Remember, you always have support via text, email, or phone if you have questions along the way or during travel.

For hotels - yes! We often book "hotel only" trips for people who are just doing a quick stay for a weekend somewhere, or traveling for work. This service is free of charge.

We do not book flight-only trips at this time.

For starters, TA's are experts in certain travel. Here at ETee’s, we specialize in US based travel (especially Hawaii). Our specialty is creating custom itineraries that are right for you & your party. At ETee's, travel is truly our passion and not just a job. We plan trips for each client very diligently, and make sure no detail is left behind.

The ease of letting a TA do all the work leaves you stress-free and will save you plenty of time & research (no more waiting on hold for hours). Our personal travel experience also plays a huge role in our connections. Meaning, we can offer all kinds of unique tips, experiences, and ideas to make your trip perfect.

Additionally, an agent is just a text, email, or phone call away to answer any & all of your questions when they arise!

No. ETee’s can only book travel for U.S. citizens living in the U.S.A.

We also CANNOT book travel for residents who live in/carry a state license in the following states:

California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Washington

Why? These states have extra regulations, requirements, and laws in place that make it difficult for TA's outside of these states to sell travel to their residents. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope that in the future we will become registered/compliant with all 50 states.

Of course! Everything will be charged to your card just like it would if you were making the purchase(s) yourself. You can also apply gift cards and receive reward points for programs that you may be associated with (hotels, etc.)

The cost of the custom itinerary is due up front once the planning process has begun and your itinerary is in the works.

The fee is non-refundable and will not be returned to you if you decide for any reason to not go through with your vacation once we have begun the planning process.

You can make this payment via cash, check, or Venmo.

ETee’s specializes in customized US based travel, especially Hawaii. Our most common trips we plan are honeymoons & family vacations!

Our goal is to save you time and make sure to not let you miss a beat. Our unique & custom itineraries are what we are known for, and they make sure to include EVERY detail of your trip!

We are happy to assist with any US based travel, whether that's a city, a beach, or an island trip to Hawaii (or anything in between)!

We do book internationally throughout the Carribean & work with many all-inclusives, and a very select amount of overseas countries. There are certain international destinations that we can help with, but certainly not all of them. We want to offer our clients the utmost confidence in our travel services & would never falsely sell ourselves on a destination we are unfamiliar with. Feel free to send us a message to ask about specific destinations!

Yes! We are extremely thankful for any and all referrals.

Each time a new client books a trip and indicates they were referred by an existing client, the existing client will receive a $25 gift card sent to their home!

Gift card rewards will increase based on the number of referrals (5, 10, etc.) so the more you refer us, the more you can earn!
